The Remuneration for this type of service consists of two parts

A variable component based on the amount of equity provided to the entrepreneur (the "success fee"),
A fixed part (the "retainer fee"), which serves both to reinforce the seriousness of the contractor's request and to cover the first costs. This retainer fee will be deducted from the final remuneration in case of success of the operation.

In case of failure of the mission, then the retainer fee will remain definitively acquired by the Agent.

Some intermediaries may also accept share-based compensation, but most often on the basis of a preferential valuation of the securities.

GoalForce Consulting will seek absolute exclusivity on the search for investors, given the importance of the work to be done. The mandate may also be granted for limited exclusivity.

The existence and content of the mandate are generally stipulated as confidential (with regard to third parties other than potential investors).

It may be provided that such information will remain confidential for a certain period of time after the expiry of the mandate.

The mandate will generally be concluded for a fixed period, of the order of several months (from six months to one year) in order to allow the intermediary to undertake in good conditions the steps with potential investors, renewable by tacit agreement.
